In addition to filling out this form, you must let the Artistic Director know of you absence. No more than 3 are allowed per season.

Shirt & DVD Order Forms

If you would like to order a shirt for family or friends, please indicate below. (All cast will receive shirts and do not need to be ordered here.)
Shirts will be $20. Payment must be made before receiving shirt. Thank you for supporting RRD!

Audition Forms

Audition attire: Girls – black leotard, pink tights, ballet slippers or pointe shoes and hair in a secured bun. Boys— Black jazz pants or tight and white shirt and black ballet slippers or black jazz shoes.
